Platform providers can register with the Diamond Discovery Hub (DDH) as a “trusted source”. The DDH is a service of the European Diamond Capacity Hub (EDCH) that improves the visibility and discoverability of Diamond OA Journals.

One prerequisite to get listed in the DDH, a journal must fulfil the six Diamond Criteria.

1. Persistent identification
2. Scholarly journal
3. Open Access with open licenses
4. No fees
5. Open to all authors
6. Community-owned

Platform providers who wish to become a trusted source for the DDH must adopt these criteria for their journals, expand the journals’ metadata accordingly, and share this metadata with the DDH.

As the Swiss coordination office for the DDH, DOACH will review and evaluate applications from Switzerland. DOACH supports and advises platform providers during the submission process.
